The Revolution is the only (aside from our RPM) fully CNC machined, billet aluminum 3D printer. Every precision machined component fits together beautifully to ensure not only maximum precision and rigidity allowing much higher print speeds and repeatable consistent quality.

Both Revolutions use precision, super premium linear bearings and chromed, hardened and ground linear shafts for the smoothest, most precise motion. The Kevlar reinforced belting allows rapid movement with virtually no backlash.

Our exclusive basalt (a naturally occurring volcanic glass) build platform is a massive departure from other 3D printers. It is precision ground and polished for the flattest surface possible. It will not warp or bow when heated and it is extremely durable; you will not damage this surface!

The Revolutions are the fastest professional quality 3D printers currently on the market. In a temperature controlled environment, print speeds of 500mm/s are obtainable. Even at maximum quality the Revolutions are significantly faster than the lowest quality settings on most 3D printers. You can get high quality prints in MINUTES NOT HOURS!

Due to the unique properties of our Revolution, we are able to print hollow objects even with huge overhangs in ABS with no warping. This allows not only a much faster print as there is no infill to be printed but a HUGE cost savings because of the reduction in filament usage; most prints can be printed using up to 4 times less filament and less time while still maintain quality.
